Stamping
W-550 EXP
Straight acrylic self-crosslinking polymer with high adhesion to different substrates. It offers excellent strength and solvent resistance. Great for textile screenprinting and impregnation of textiles with soft hand properties.
Lamination
W-394 EXP
Emulsion copolymer, comprising styrene monomer and acrylic acid esters. The emulsion was designed to be used as a vehicle in the manufacturing of adhesives to laminate various substrates. Resistant to moisture and high temperatures.
W-570 EXP
Styrene acrylic copolymer, free of external plasticizers, with flexible, transparent and continuous film. Developed as an adhesive for lamination.
W-1008 S EXP
Styrene-acrylic, high solids, laminating adhesive. Provides a flexible and tough bond between fabrics. This waterborne adhesive is generally preferred for textile washing and drying applications. It can be used in fabric-fabric, fabric-EVA, fabric-PU, or fabric-nonwoven laminations.
Foaming
W-875 EXP
100% acrylic foamable polymer, with soft hand properties when used as a binder for textile applications. It is generally used for flexible backings and "black-out" fabrics. This polymer is self-crosslinking with a low Tg and with high filler acceptance.
Flock
W-723 EXP
Straight acrylic polymer with self-crosslinking capabilities and ideal for durable flock applications. Provides a soft film ideal as flock adhesive over fabrics. This polymer does not need external crosslinkers and is compatible with acid and latent acid catalysts.
Backing
W-2346 EXP
Rigid, non-film forming styrene acrylic polymer used as a textile and nonwoven binder for thermoformable applications such as automotive carpets and rigid backings. Curable with temperature.
