Jorge Saldana (CEO)
Jorge is the Managing Director and CEO since 1980. He has been involved in the chemical industry since 1975, specifically in the water-based polymer technology. Jorge is a chemical engineer and has served WYN as Sales and Financial Manager in the past.
Carlos Gómez (CFO)
Carlos is the Head of Finance and CFO since 2020. He has been in the financial and money markets since 1991. Carlos is an accountant and former consultant.
Hector Saldana (COO)
Héctor is the Head of Operations and COO. Hector has been running WYN’s manufacturing facility since 1994. He is in charge of all the Sustainability programs and initiatives.
Teresa Sánchez (Head of Purchasing)
Teresa is the Head of Purchasing. Teresa has been buying chemicals and developing supply chains since 1993. She manages key suppliers from all over the world.
Jorge David Saldana

Jorge has been selling waterborne polymers since 2013. He has attended international shows and conferences for Coatings, Adhesives, and Graphic Arts. He is an engineer and has developed international markets for WYN since 2017.
Esther Cortes
(Key Account Manager)
Esther is a chemical engineer with a life-long experience in the chemical business. She is a technical and commercial expert in water-based polymers and adhesives.
