Thermoforming

W-2346 EXP
Rigid, non-film forming styrene acrylic polymer used as a textile and nonwoven binder for thermoformable applications such as automotive carpets and backings. Curable with temperature.
Surgical Tissues

W-875 EXP
100% acrylic polymer, with soft hand properties when used as a binder for nonwovens. It is generally used for medical nonwovens and surgical nonwoven fabrics. This polymer is self-crosslinking with a low Tg. It has an acid pH and may be catalyzed with acids or ammonium chloride.
Support Membrane

W-513 M EXP
Versatile and self-crosslinking vinyl acrylic polymer used as a binder for nonwovens. Excellent runnability and durability. Imparts a soft hand and it is cost-effective vs straight acrylic alternatives. Great for interlinings and support membranes.
Lamination

W-723 EXP
Straight acrylic polymer with self-crosslinking capabilities and ideal for durable laminations between two cellulosic or synthetic fabrics or nonwovens. Provides a soft hand and runnability. This polymer does not need external crosslinkers and is compatible with acid and latent acid catalysts.
Interlining

W-5224 EXP
Self-crosslinking vinyl acrylic binder recommended for non-woven binding. This polymer performs well with cellulosic and synthetic fibers. It provides moderate washing resistance and requires no additional crosslinkers, since it cures with heat.
W-163 EXP
Self-crosslinking, 100% acrylic polymer, recommmended as a binder for nonwovens. Versatile and easy to formulate, this polymer has excellent durability to washing and dry-cleaning. Ideal for interlining and fiber applications. Imparts a hard and resilient. No external crosslinker is needed for durability or strength.
Cleaning Fibers

W-1012 A EXP
Vinyl acrylic binder with self-crosslinking technology useful as a cost-effective alternative for bonding non-wovens (synthetic fibers, cellulosics and blends). Good for economical cleaning fibers and scrubbing sponges.
W-163 EXP
Self-crosslinking, 100% acrylic polymer. Versatile and easy to formulate, this polymer has excellent durability to washing and dry-cleaning. Ideal for scrubbing sponges. Imparts and intermediate hand.
Lamination

W-1008 S EXP
Styrene-acrylic, high solids, laminating adhesive. Provides a flexible and tough bond between nonwoven fabrics. This waterborne adhesive is generally preferred for textile washing and drying applications.
